Rosy Lemonade Concentrate

Great to have on hand for unexpected guests in the Summertime!
List of Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh raspberries -- see directions
4 large lemons
Recipe
Combine water, sugar, and berries in a 4 C. glass measuring cup.
Peel a lrg. strip of peeling from 2 fresh lemons- avoiding the bitter white part. Add to the water.
In saucepan, bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.
Strain the berry mixture to remove seeds and peel. Squeeze juice from lemons. Stir into the sugar mixture. Place in a covered 1 Qt. jar and store in fridge for-'UP TO 1 MONTH'.
To Use; Add 1/4 C. of the concentrate to an ice filled glass, then enough water to fill the glass.
Makes about 3 C. of concentrate.
***You can use Fresh or Frozen Raspberries, or Strawberries in this recipe***
