    This will take you back to the 5 & dime soda fountain.

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup chocolate syrup

    1/2 cup milk

    1 cup cold seltzer

    Recipe



    Put 2 Tbls chocolate syrup into each of two 10 ounce glasses.

    Add 1/4 cup milk to each.

    Divide seltzer between glases; stir vigorously; serve.
