Vanilla Citrus Punch

Recipe Introduction
The whole family can enjoy this great punch or you can also add dark rum for just the adults!
List of Ingredients
3 C. fresh orange juice
1 orange, sliced
1 C. fresh or unsweetned canned pineapple juice
1/4 C. fresh lime juice
1/4 C. fresh lemon juice
1 whole vanilla bean
1 1/2 C. ginger ale or club soda, chilledRecipe
Combine all the juices in a lrg. pitcher. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the juice. Stir with a whisk to separate the vanilla seeds.
Cover and refridgerate untill chilled, at least 2 hours or overnight.
Just before serving; add the ginger ale (or club soda).
Serve in ice-filled glasses. Makes 4-6 servings
*** Great for 4th of July***
***Easily increased to make a punch bowl full***
