    You can adjust the level of sweetness by experimenting with the amount of honey and lemon.
    For adults, you could also add some vodka!

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lbs. sliced seedless Watermelon, rind removed
    Zest of 1 Lemon
    3/4 C. mild Honey (such as orange blossom)
    1 Lemon, thinly sliced-for garnish

    Recipe



    In the bowl of a food processor, process the watermelon untill very smooth. If wish, strain through a coarse sieve to push through any pulp. Pour juice into a lrg. pitcher. Add the lemon zest.

    In a bowl, whisk the lemon juice and honey untill honey dissolves; stir into the watermelon juice and then stir in 1 1/2 C. cold water; cover and refridgerate untill very cold. Serve over ice adn garnish with lemon slices.

    Serves 4
