Winter White Chocolate Drink

4 oz. White Chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 C. Coffee (or coffee substitute such as postum)
1 1/2 C. Milk
1 C. Half & Half
1 t. Vanilla extract
Cinnamon sticks or freshly grated nutmeg for garnishRecipe
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the coffee, milk, and half & half and heat until hot. DO NOT BOIL.
Add the vanilla right before serving. Serve with a cinnamon stick or grated nutmeg in each mug/cup.
***If desired, you could add a splash of white chocolate liquer right before serving***
