List of Ingredients
2 pkgs. Yeast, dissolved in 1/2 C. lukewarm water
1/4 C. Sugar
2 C. Cottage Cheese (warmed to lukewarm)
2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Baking Soda
2 Eggs, beaten
4 1/2 C. sifted FlourRecipe
Combine cottage cheese, sugar, salt, b. soda, eggs, and yeast in lrg. mixing bowl.
Gradually add flour to make a soft dough. Knead well and place in a greased bowl to rise and double in bulk.
Punch down, divide into 24 portions and roll into balls. Place into a greased baking sheet, cover loosely and let rise again (about 45 min).
Bake at 350' for 20-25 min.
Makes 24 delicious rolls.
