Crunchy Bread Stick Twists

Recipe Introduction
These are wonderful with a salad or soup! Very tasty!
List of Ingredients
1/4 C. Butter, softened
1 C. "can grated" Parmesean Cheese (green can)
1/2 C. Sour Cream
1 C. Flour
1/2 t. Italian seasonings
1 Egg Yolk
1 T. Water
Poppy Seeds (opt.)Recipe
Cream butter, gradually add the cheese and sour cream-mix well.
Combine the flour, ital. sea.,gradually add this to the creamed mixture. Blend till smooth.
Divide dough in half. Roll each half into a rectangle about 12x7. Cut into strips 1/2" wide. Twist each 2-3 times and place onto greased baking sheets.
Combine egg yolk and water - brush ontop of sticks and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake at 350' for 10-12 min.
These are very tasty and crunchy.
