Apple Nut Coffee Cake

I'm not a big fan for coffee cakes but this is very good!


List of Ingredients




1/2 C. chopped nuts
2 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. margerine
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 t. vanilla
2 C. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 C. sour cream
1 apple

Recipe



Mix in bowl and set aside; 1/2 c nuts, 1/2 c sugar, and 2 t cinnamon.

Cream the remaining sugar, marg., and eggs. Mix in vanilla.
Add the b. powder, soda, and salt.
Blend in the flour and sour cream alternately. Mix all together until smooth and creamy.
In well greased bundt pan; spread half of the batter in. Top with the cinnamon sugar mixture and then slice the apple and put them on. Cover with rest of the batter. Bake at 375' for about 40 minutes.
