Baked Apple French Toast (WW)

This was emailed to me. This is so good! You would never know it was a weight watchers recipe! I changed it ever so slightly.
List of Ingredients
20 slices Wonder Lite White Bread
2 C. ff egg substitute (egg beaters)
1 1/2 C. 1% Milk
1 C. 1% Milk
3 T. Sugar
9-10 pkts. Splenda
1 T. Vanilla
5 Med. Granny Smith Apples; peeled, cored, and sliced
2 t. gr. Cinnamon (use a good quality cinnamon)
2 T. lite butter (smart balance)Recipe
Spray a deep 9x13 pan with Pam. Layer bread into pan. Whisk together egg substitute, milks, 5 packet splenda, & vanilla. Pour over bread. Toss apples with tiny bit of lemon juice to prevent browning. Then toss with sugar, remaining splenda, & cinnamon. Arrange over bread. Dot with butter. Store covered in refrigerator overnight. Cook at 400 for 50-60 minutes, until apples are tender and top is golden brown.
***Can serve with maple syrup if desired*** (opt.)
