    List of Ingredients




    Base:-

    2 pkgs crescent rolls
    2 - 8 ozs cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg, separated
    1 tsp vanilla or almond flavoring


    Topping:-
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp saigon cinnamon
    1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped

    Recipe



    Pam spray a 9 X 13 baking pan. Line bottom of pan with one package of rolls. Beat the cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar and spread over the rolls. Top with the second package of rolls. Combine the topping ingredients, set aside. Brush with the egg white, then sprinkle with the topping mixture.
    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
    Cool the cut into squares.
