List of Ingredients
1 pound bacon
1 teaspoon oil
3/4 Cup chopped green pepper
3/4 Cup chopped onion
3 packages (7.5 oz.) Buttermilk Biscuits
1/2 Cup melted margarine
1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Cook the bacon till crisp and set aside on paper towels to drain-break into pieces.
Leave little bit of bacon grease in the pan and saute' the onion and gr. pepper untill tender.
Cut the biscuits into fourths and put in a lrg. bowl. Add the bacon, onion, gr. pepper, melted margerine, and the cheese. Mix well.
Put into a well greased bundt or tube pan - loosely.
Bake at 350' for 30 minutes.
Serves 8-12
