    Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

    2 3/4 C. Flour
    2 t. baking soda
    1 t. salt
    1 T. Vinegar
    Whole milk
    1 C Butter, softned
    1 C. Br. Sugar, packed
    1 T. vanilla
    4 Eggs
    12 oz. pkg. Semi-sweet Mini Chocolate Chips

    NUT TOPING;
    1/4 C. Butter, softened
    2 T. Sugar
    2/3 C. finely chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

    Mix in small bowl until crumbly. Spoon into bottom of well greased and floured bundt pan. Add batter on top.

    In small bowl, combine; flour, b. soda, and salt-set aside.
    Place vinegar in a 1 C. measuring cup and finish filling to the top with milk and set aside.
    In lrg. mixing bowl, combine; butter, br. sugar, and vanilla and beat at medium speed until light and fluffy (about 3-5 min.)
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
    Turn mixer to low and gradually add flour mixture 1/3 at a time alternately w/milk.
    By hand, gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
    Pour into pan on top of nuts. Bake at 375' for 50 minutes. Loosen edges of cake and immediately invert onto cooling rack. Cool cake completely.
