    Hey, I can justify eating this one! After all it has a "vegetable" in it!!!
    This is so good, very moist.

    List of Ingredients




    1 C. Brown sugar
    1/2 C. White sugar
    1/2 C. Butter
    1/2 C. Veg. oil
    3 Eggs,beaten
    1 t. Vanilla
    1/2 C. Buttermilk
    2 1/2 C. Flour
    1/2 t. salt, 1/2 t. cinnamon, 2 t. b. soda, and 4 T. cocoa
    2-2 1/2 C. grated Zucchini
    1 C. Chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Cream together the first 4 ingredients. Next, add the eggs. Stir well to mix. Mix the buttermilk and vanilla together and add to the above mixture.

    Sift together- Flour,and next 4 ingred. and add to mixture, mixing well. Stir in the zucchini and mix well.

    Spread into a greased and floured 9x13' pan.
    Bake in 325-350' oven for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the choc. chips over top.
    When they are melted, spread evenly.
