    Very moist and DELICIOUS!

    List of Ingredients




    1 white cake mix
    1 can Cream of Coconut Milk (can use either Lopez or Goya)
    1 (16 oz) tub Cool Whip
    small bag of coconut

    Recipe



    Bake cake as directed in 13x9 dish. Immediately after removing from oven, poke lots of holes in cake (using wooden spoon handle or something similar). Then pour the Cream of Coconut Milk over cake. Let cool completely (can refrigerate until ready to serve).
    Ice with Cool Whip, sprinkle coconut over Cool Whip.
