Fresh Peach OR Strawberry Pie

List of Ingredients

1 c sugar
2 T cornstarch
dash of salt
2-3 T peach Jello
4-5 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 Pie crust, PRECOOKED


Recipe

Mix together sugar and cornstartch well. Add to 1 C. boiling water and cook over med.heat stirring constantly, till clear and thickend. Remove from heat and add jello mix
cool thoroughly.
Peel and slice peaches.
Add to cooled filling.
Put in crust and refrigerate.
Top with cool whip.

***Also can use strawberries with strawberry jello.***

Some people put whole strawberries in the crust but I like to slice mine, that way you get more strawberries in it!
