Place the concentrate in a lrg. mixing bowl and beat about 30 seconds with mixer. Gradually spoon in the ice-cream and blend. Fold in the cool whip and food coloring and whip untill smooth. Feeze if necessary, untill mixture will "mound".
Spoon into pie crust. Feeze untill firm-atleast 4 hrs.
Store any leftovers in the freezer.
