    This is pretty to make in the Spring or Summer!

    List of Ingredients




    1 box Butter Cake Mix
    1/2 C. Veg. Oil
    4 Eggs
    1 (11 oz) can Mandarin Oranges w/juice

    ICING;

    1 (9 0z) Cool Whip, thawed
    1 (20 0z) can crushed pinapple w/juice\
    1 (3 oz) pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
    1 C. chopped Nuts

    Recipe



    Mix first 4 ingredients together well and bake in a 9x13" pan for about 30 min. or done in 350' oven.
    Remove and let cool.

    Mix frosting ingredients and mix beating well. Add in nuts.\
    Frost cooled cake. Keep refridgerated.
