CRUST;
1/2 C. Butter/marg., softened
3 oz. Cream cheese, softned
1 C. Flour
FILLING;
1 T. melted Butter/marg.
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 C. Brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2/3 C. chopped Pecans
dash salt
Recipe
Mix crust ingredients. Form into 24 balls-about 1" diameter.
Press each ball into tiny muffin tins to cover bottom and sides.
Mix filling ingredients. Fill shells about 3/4 full and bake at 375' for 25 minutes. Cool on racks, then remove from tins.
