    Watermelon Cake

    1, 18 1/4 ounce package pudding white cake mix
    1, 3 ounce package watermelon gelatin
    2 eggs
    1 1/4 cups water
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 container vanilla or cream cheese frosting

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Grease and flour 2, 9 inch round baking pans.
    (I prefer the bundt pan myself)
    In a mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, jello, eggs,
    water and oil. Beat on low speed just until moistened
    then on high until well blended. Pour into pan(s).
    Bake according to package directions or until a tester
    comes out clean. Cool in pan(s) for 10 minutes. Then
    remove from pan(s) to wire racks to let cool completely.
    Frost with the vanilla or cream cheese frosting.
