1-18oz jar of peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1/2 C. melted margarine/butter
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1t. vanilla
1C. chocolate chips
1/3C. margarine/butter
Recipe
Mix peanut butter, margarine, and brown sugar in lrg. pan over low heat till mixed well. Add vanilla, then add in the powdered sugar and mix well. (I usually end up using my hands). Press into a 9x13" buttered pan and chill in refridgerator.
Melt chocolate chips and 1/3C marg/butter together and pour over the peanut butter mixture. Let the chocolate set up in the fridge and cut into squares. YUM!
