1-lb. Hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 sm can chopped green chiles
1 sm onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 1/2 C. milk
3/4 bisquick (I use the reduced fat)
1 C. shr. Mont. Jack cheese

Recipe



Brown meat and onion, drain. Add taco seasoning mix, gr. chilies. Spread in a deep pie pan or casserole dish. In bowl, blend; bisquick, milk, and eggs untill smooth. Pour over the meat mixture. Bake at 400' for 25 min. Remove from oven and add cheese on top & bake another 8-10 min.
Serve with sour cream and a slice of tomato on each piece.
