1 C. sour cream
1-10oz. can cheddar cheese soup
2 C.(6-oz) green spinach noodles
1 1/2 C. cooked diced ham
1/2 C. Black olives, sliced
2 1/2 oz. can mushrooms, drained
3/4 t. prepared mustard
1/4 C. milk
1/8 t. black pepper
1C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
Cook the spinach noodles according to pkg. directions and drain. Combine sour cream and soup. Beat untill smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Place in a shallow baking dish or casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350' for 25 minutes.
