1 pound bulk breakfast sausage (I used ground hot Italian sausage)
1 ½ cups rice
2 cans condensed French onion soup, undiluted
1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a large frying pan cook and crumble sausage until done. Add sausage and remaining ingredients to a casserole dish, mixing well. Cover tightly and bake for 1 hour. Fluff with fork and serve.
