2T. Butter
1C. chopped Dates
3C. Rice Krispies
Coconut
2 Eggs, beaten
1C. Sugar
1/2 C. chopped Nuts

Recipe



Melt butter in non stick skillet. Add dates, sugar, and eggs. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 5-8 minutes till mixture forms a ball in the pan. Remove from heat. Cool slightly; mix in the cereal and nuts. Roll into balls, then roll in the coconut. Place on wax paper to cool.
