    After trying several recipes and tweaking them, I finally came up with this one. 3 simple ingredients and this taste the best to me!

    List of Ingredients




    1 C. *Butter* (no margerine!)
    1 C. Powdered Sugar
    2 C. Flour

    Recipe



    Blend softned butter and powdered sugar together. Stir in the flour. Roll out on lightly floured board about 1/4" thickness, cut as desired.
    I put the dough into shortbread molds or cut into circles using cookie cutter and then make fork indentation on the top of each cookie.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 300' for 15-20 min.
    Cookies will be dry and white in color. They should not cook long enough to get browned.
    Cool and remove.
