    Creamy Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

    This recipe comes from the Utah State Extension office from a class they had.

    List of Ingredients




    8 medium Potatoes sliced
    2 onions finely chopped
    1 1/2 c chopped fully cooked ham
    2 tbls butter
    2 tbls flour
    1 tsp ground mustard
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 1/3 water
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c cheddar cheese (optional)

    Recipe



    Layer potatoes, onion and ham in crockpot/slow cooker. In medium saucepan mix melt butter over Medium. Stir in flour and and seasonings. Cook until bubbly and smooth. Meanwhile mix Water and soup. Gradually mix into butter mixture. Bring to a boil and stir two minutes until thick. Add cheese if desired. Pour over potatoes. Cook on low 8-9 hours.

    Serve with a salad and hearty loaf of bread!
