DOUGH;
1 C. sour cream
1 C. butter
2 1/2 C. flour
1/2 t. salt
FILLING;
5 apples, peeled and diced small
1/2 C. sugar
2 T. butter
1 t. cinnamon
SUGAR GLAZE;
1 t. vanilla
1 C. powdered sugar
2-3 T. warm water
Recipe
For Dough;
Cream the butter and sour cream together. Mix in the flour and salt. Refridgerate overnight.
For Filling;
Saute the filling ingred. for 5 min.
Flatten a small peice of dough at a time on a floured board/surface and use a 1 lb.can (empty) to cut dough in circles. Fill with the apple mixture, fold in half OR place another circle on top and crimp edges closed with a fork.
Bake at 350' for 25 minutes. Makes 12-24 depending on if you use 1 or 2 circles of dough.
Remove from oven and cool slightly. Glaze while still warm.
