CREPES;
2/3 C. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 C. milk
3 eggs, beaten
FILLING;
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 C. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 cn.Chery Pie filling
Recipe
Combine all ingredients for crepes and beat untill smooth. Let sit for 30 minutes.
For each crepe, pour 1/4 C. batter in non-stick skillet and cook till barely lt. brown on both sides. Cool.
Combine and mix till well blended all filling ingredients. Mixing with mixer till smooth.
Spread 2 T. of filling on each crepe, fold into thirds and place in 9x13" pan.
Top crepes with cherry pie filling spooned over top and bake at 350' for 10-15 minutes.
