    Someting a little different and great for company.

    List of Ingredients




    2 lrg. cans Pear Halves, drained (need 8 pear halves)
    1- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softned
    3 T. evaporated milk
    1/4 C. ch. maraschino cherries, drained
    1/2 C. pecans, chopped

    Recipe



    Drain the pear halves and put in fridge to get chilled.
    Mix the cream cheese and evap. milk and beat until smooth. Add the drained cherries and pecans-mix well.
    Fill the pear halves with the cream cheese filling and then sandwich together with another pear halve.

    Serve on top of a lettuce leaf.
    ***you can also roll the finished pear into graham cracker crumbs and top with whipped cream if desired***
