    I really like these. The dough is easy to work with and tastes great!

    List of Ingredients




    4 1/2 C. flour
    1/2 t. salt
    2 t. baking powder
    1/2 C. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 eggs
    1 C. sour cream
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1 t. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling (you can use any flavor you want)

    Cut the butter into the flour using pastry blender or 2 butter knives. Add the remaining ingred. and mix. Mix until not sticky. Divide the dough into 3 equal pieces. Roll out 1 peice fairly thin and fit on a cookie sheet. Spread a can of pie or roll filling over evenly. Then roll out the other 2 parts to use as a criss cross top.
    Bake @350' for 25-30 minutes or till browned.
