    List of Ingredients




    3 pkgs. cream cheese, softned
    1 1/4 C. sugar
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 t. vanilla extract
    1/2 C. Hershey's Cocoa
    2 T. flour (all-purpose)
    3 eggs

    Chocolate crumb crust;

    Combine 1 C. chocolate wafer crumbs and 1/2 stick butter/marg.; press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.
    Makes 1 crust.

    Chocolate Drizzle;

    Place 1/2 C. Hershey's chocolate chips and 2 t. shortening (must be shortening only) in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. If necessary, add an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted.

    Prepare Chocolate crumb crust. Heat oven to 450'.

    Beat cream cheese & sugar until blended. Add sour cream & vanilla; beat until blended. Beat in cocoa and flour. Add eggs, one at a time; beat just till blended. Pour into prepared crust.
    Bake 10 minutes. Reduce oven temp. to 250';continue baking 40 minutes. Remove from oven to wire rack. With knife, loosen cake from sides of pan. Cool completely; remove the sides of the pan.
    Prepare chocolate drizzle; drizzle over top.
    Refridgerate 4-6 hours. Store covered in fridge.

    Makes 12 servings
