    Recipe Introduction

Bul-Ko-Kee is Korea's national dish and there are many version's of the recipe with each having only a slight diference. This is MY favorite version.
I had it for the first time while in Korea on a shopping trip.

    List of Ingredients

1 lb. Beef boleless Top Loin or Sirloin Steak
    1/4 C. Soy sauce
    3 T. Sugar
    2 T. Sesame oil
    1/4 t. pepper
    3 Gr. Onions, finely chopped
    2 cloves Garlic, chopped

    Recipe

Trim fat from beef; cut beef diagonally across grain into 1/8-1/4" slices. (For easy cutting, partially freeze)
Mix remaining ingredients; stir in beef until well coated.
Cover and refridgerate atleast 30 minutes.

Drain beef; stir-fry in 10" skillet or wok over medium heat until light brown, 2-3 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked rice.

***Ths sugar tenderizes the meat, so cheap cuts will work well***
