    Toad-in-the-Hole also known as Sausages baked in batter is a very popular dish in Britain.
    British sausage taste A LOT different then our sausage! I actually like it much better and prefer it 10x more over ours. Their are places on the web that will ship it here.

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. pork sausage links
    1 C. flour, all-purpose
    1 C. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 t. salt

    Recipe



    Cook the sausages as directed on your pkg.-reserve the drippings. Heat oven to 400'. Brush oblong baking dish 11x7x 1 1/2" with the sausage drippings. Place sausages in a single layer in the baking dish. Beat rest of ingredents by hand till smooth; pour over the sausages. Bake uncovered until puffed and golden brown, about 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
