This would also be good with a boneless chicken breast.
List of Ingredients
1# extra lean (95%) ground beef
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup Frank's RedHot buffalo wing sauce
Recipe
Mix meat, cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Form into 4 equal patties. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator; pour RedHot sauce over patties (takes about 2 T. to cover the top of each). Allow to "marinate" 10 minutes. Grill 5 minutes per side, until no longer pink in the middle. For extra-spicy burgers, baste with additional wing sauce during grilling. Serve on buns (count the points)
