List of Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, chopped/minced
1 1/2 C. olive oil (I use less)
1/2 C. red wine vinegar
1 onion, chopped
4 T. dijon mustard
2 t. dried rosemary
1 T. salt
1 t. dried basil
1/2 t. pepper
2 bay leavesRecipe
Mix well. Put Boneless Pork Tenderloin (whole or slices - I like to slice mine) in a ziplock bag, pour in the marinade, close and let sit in fridge for 24 hours.
When ready, remove meat and GRILL! YUMMY!
