Frito's, crushed
1 C. cooked rice
Velvetta cheese, melted with a little water.
shredded lettuce
1 med. onion, chopped
fresh tomatoes, chopped
Meat Sauce;
1 cn. Chilli w/o beans
1 Pkg. chilli seasoning mix
1-2 Lbs. hamburger
1 cn/jar pizza sauce
Brown the hamburger with the seasoning mix and add rest of ingred. and mix well.

Layer as follows;
On each individual plate-
crushed fritos, hot rice, meat sauce, velvetta, lettuce, onion, tomato.
