8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. Provolone cheese
1 sticks whole pepperoni, remove the outer skin
1/2 C. grated Romano cheese
6 eggs
1 pie crust-homemade or frozen, thawed
Recipe
Cut both kinds of cheese into cubes. Slice or cube pepperoni and put into crust. Beat eggs, add in the romano cheese. Pour mixture into crust over top of cheese and pepperoni. Bake at 350' for 45 minutes or set in the middle.
