16 oz. uncooked shell macaroni
9 C. cubed cooked chicken
2 C. sliced celery
1/2-3/4 C. sliced green onions
1 t. salt
16 oz. frozen Peas, thawed and soaked in hot water for about 10 min, drain.
2 C. Buttermilk salad dressing
1 C. whole cashews
Recipe
Cook pasta;drain and rinse. Put into 7qt. mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients except cashews. Toss gently and refridgerate untill ready to serve. Then add the cashews and toss gently.
Serve in a lettuce lined bowl for a great presentation!
