1/4 lb. Bacon
12 oz. Fettuccini pasta
1/4 C. *Butter* use the real thing!
1 C. Whipping cream - at room temp.
1/2 C. grated Parmesean cheese\
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 T. snipped Fresh Parsley
Recipe
Saute' bacon untill crisp; drain well on paper towel and then crumble.
Cook the noodles according to pkg. directions. Drain well and place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
Add the bacon, butter, wh. cream, gr. cheese, eggs and parsley; toss untill well blendeda and cheese is melted and mixture thickned. Serve.
