    1 can cr. chicken soup
    1/3 C. water
    1/2-1 t. hot pepper sauce
    2 lbs. Chicken Parts (I use boneless skinless)
    1/3 C. flour
    2 C. crushed taco corn chips
    2 T. melted butter

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350'.
    Mix the soup, water, and hot sauce. Dust chicken with flour, dip into 1/2 cup soup mix. Roll in the crushed chips and place in rack in shallow baking pan. Drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 1 hour-less if your chicken is boneless.

    Heat remaining sauce and serve with the chicken.
    Serves 4
