4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c ranch salad dressing
3 c pecans, finely choppedRecipe
In a large plastic zipping bag, toss chicken with salad dressing to coat. Seal bag, refrigerate for one hour to overnight. Remove chicken from dressing; roll in pecans until well coated. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a lightly greased 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 450º for 20 to 25 minutes until chicken juices run clear and pecans are crisp and golden. Makes 4 servings.
