A friend gave me this recipe a long time ago and we really liked it but I lost it. Thanks to nanamitchem posting this, now I have it again!


List of Ingredients




1 pkg. pressed beef, or dried beef
4 chicken breasts (can use boneless)
4 strips uncooked bacon (I like to partially cook it in the microwave first)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Recipe



In a 9x13 baking dish, Wrap bacon around chicken breasts and space evenly in baking dish. chop up dried beef and sprinkle evenly over chicken pieces. Combine soup and sour cream and spoon evenly over chicken. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours, uncovering the last one hour of baking. Luscious!
Serve it with rice, using the cream sauce as a gravy.
