Fooling around in the kitchen one day for a side dish and came up with this. Recipe Link: http://recipes/gwendy/List of Ingredients 1 pkg. chopped frozen Brocolli, cooked 1 onion, chopped 2 stalks celery, sliced 1 sm can mushrooms, drained 3 chicken boullion cubes Cooked rice, I think I used about 2 cups Parsley flakes, salt & pepper 1-1 1/2 C.shr. cheddar cheese (2% sharp)Recipe Saute the brocolli, onion, & celery in a dab of butter. Mix together with the rest of the ingredients and bake at 350' for about 30 min. Makes a nice side dish to meat or a great vegetarian dish.
