1/2 stick butter/marg.
1 C. uncooked rice
1 sm can mushrooms, drained-reserving liquid
1 can french onion soup (campbells)
Recipe
Melt butter and brown the rice in skillet with drained mushrooms about 10 minutes. Put into casserole dish. Add enough water to the reserved mushroom juice to make 3/4 C. add that and the onion soup to the rice. Cover and bake in 350' oven for 1 hour.
