    JoAnna M. Lund; I bet there isn't a man alive who didn't look forward with glee to dining on cucumbers and cream at Grandma's! My extra little touches add punch without adding time to preparation. Enjoy!

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup Land O Lakes fat-free sour cream

    2 teaspoons Splenda granular

    1/4 teaspoon dried minced garlic

    2 tablespoons white vinegar

    1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

    2 cups sliced unpeeled cucumbers

    Recipe



    Serves 4 (1/2 cup)


    In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, Splenda, garlic, vinegar, and dill weed. Stire in cucumbers. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
