2 C. fresh Baby Spinach leaves
2T. Ken's steakhouse ff rasphberry & pecan dressing
1-2 T. dried cranberries (craisins)
pecan halves


Recipe



Put spinach greens on a plate. In a sm. glass dish, microwave the dressing for about 20 seconds. Pour over greens and sprinkle with dried cranberries and a few pecan halves and freshly ground black pepper if desired, mix.

You could also add; feta cheese, and almonds instead of the pecans.
