1 can green peas, drained (I like to use frozen ones)
1 can green beans, drained
1 can shoepeg corn, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 C. finely chopped celery
3/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. Veg. oil (opt.)
1/2 C. white wine vinegar
1/2 t. salt, 1/2 t. pepper

In lrg. bowl, combine all veg's.
In sm. saucepan, combine, rest of ingred. and and heat untill sugar dissolves well. Pour over the veg's.Cover and refridgerate overnight.
