List of Ingredients




1 bag frozen cooked shrimp, thawed in cold water
1 sm. can sliced black olives, drained
2-3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3-4 celery stalks, chopped
1 T. finely chopped onion
sunflower nuts

DRESSING; mayonaise, lemon juice, S&P
Mix amounts to your liking.


Recipe



Thaw and drain shrimp. Mix together and add dressing. Mix well. Serve over a bed of chopped letuce.

You can also add; chopped gr. pepper and tomatoes.
