    Spinach Salad w/ Balsamic Viniagrette

    List of Ingredients




    2 cloves garlic minced
    1/3 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoon dark brown sugar
    1/2 cracked black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon of salt

    Recipe



    Whisk all ingredients together. Toss over a bed of baby spinach with sliced red onions and tomatoes, and sprikle with some crumbled feta cheese.
