Spring Greens W/ Balsamic & Blue Cheese

1 or 2 bags of spring greens
1 cup of toasted walnuts
Blue Cheese
DRESSING:
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsps. Balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed ( I use more)
pepper, to tasteRecipe
Put salad greens in a large salad bowl. Add toasted walnuts and blue cheese over top of salad.
In bowl add all ingredients for salad dressing. Whisk until all ingredients are well blended.
Toss with salad and serve immediately.
Final Comments
Toast walnuts in oven at 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. (Watch so they do not burn)
